"The enjoyed the actual research and the work. Also, I quite enjoyed the "learning curve". Having learned a lot in little time and putting it to use gave me a sense of satisfaction".

As people move in high speed vehicles, they have access to voice and data transmission facilities over the mobile networks. These services require low
data rate. However, in order to support video delivery over vehicular networks, it is not only necessary to have and maintain a good connections between different vehicles and between vehicles and the Internet gateways, but these connectivity channels have to support transmissions at high rates and with low loss. A solution to this inter-vehicle and vehicle-gateway communication is by using multiple hops. This project will develop and test using a simulator a protocol for both uni-casting and multi-casting of video for vehicular communication.
Protocol for video transmission over vehicular wireless networks.
