2009 Theme

The theme for ODCSSS 2009 "Technologies for bridging the digital-physical divide: sensing the environment". Each ODCSSS student is engaged in a research project with a faculty member and mentor which provides them an opportunity to experience research. The selection of interns is highly competitive but we encourage anyone interested in research who is eligible to apply.

Projects 2008

In 2008 our theme was Technologies for Social Connectedness

Technologies for Social Connectedness, The Global Family; The Global Workplace, came about as a theme in response to our collective ongoing research interests and our experience with the ODCSSS students of 2007 and 2006 and their feedback along with feedback from our industrial collaborators and from external review suggestions in 2005 and 2006.
