Microsoft Visit
Tour of Microsoft Ireland, with a presenation from Liam Cronin. An excellent free lunch was provided with a large choice of foods.
Glendalough Trip
A visit to the Round Tower and monastic settlement in Glendalough, Co. Wicklow. Also, some hill walking with a lovely view of the valley and the lakes.
Trip To Nova Ucd
Presentation about researching in UCD and how to get help starting up your own company. A tour of the research labs was also given.

Trip to Nova UCD
The day was started in the NovaUCD building on the UCD campus after some morning tea and biscuits. A presentation about NovaUCD and what it does was given by Micéal Whelan. The center is used to provide people starting up a company with hardware and a research space for a few years. A tour of the building was also given to everyone.
